📄 Generate DTS-14

"Generate Both" makes two DTS-14 PDFs from the same session: one with 1st ST as the student and 2nd ST as the observed driver, and one with the roles swapped. Instructor, dates, and topic scores stay the same in both — but the Period (driving) and Observation (watching) times swap between the two files too, since only one student drives at a time.

This fills the real DMV PDF's own form fields, so the download looks exactly like the original form. Instructor signatures are drawn live in the box next to each field, at the moment of signing — no saved/reused signatures. Student and Parent/Guardian signatures still get signed by hand after printing.
